Kaitlin Yoder-Henley

Kaitlin Yoder-Henley is an Associate Attorney at Anderson & Anderson Law, LLC. She is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology of Law, Crime, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
 
Before law school, Kaitlin worked as an account manager in the music industry, acting as a liaison between labels and streaming services. She then worked as a project manager at an employee incentives and marketing company. She knew she wanted to get back to her passion for justice, so she went to law school to begin a second career.
 
During law school, Kaitlin externed with the Hennepin County Probate Court and later worked on drafting contracts as a law clerk for Ostra Cybersecurity. Kaitlin volunteered with Just Deeds (removing racial covenants from property deeds in the Twin Cities), Wills for Heroes (assisting first responders with creating their wills), the Minnesota Justice Foundation Self-Help Clinic at Mitchell Hamline (assisting in expungements), and The Advocates for Human Rights (observing immigration court). After graduating from law school and passing the bar, Kaitlin began working at Anderson & Anderson Law, LLC, first assisting with estate planning and probate matters and later adding on immigration cases.
