Thomas R. Anderson III
Thomas R. Anderson III is a founding attorney of Anderson & Anderson Law. His practice focuses on immigration and criminal law. He represents clients in Immigration Court, before the Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Minnesota state courts.
Thomas has successfully handled thousands of cases including: family petitions for permanent residency, removal/deportation, U-visas, consular processing, deferred action for childhood arrivals, and citizenship.
He is a past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Immigration Law Section. Due to extensive experience in both immigration and criminal law, he frequently teaches CLE classes and advises attorneys in the two areas. Mr. Anderson is fluent in Spanish.
